Our cabinets are individually hand-made in Dallas, Texas, and built to last. All cabinets are constructed using only premium hardwoods and materials including superior under-mount drawer slides, concealed door hinges, and commercial-grade paints and finishes. Our attention to detail ensures your cabinets and experience will exceed your expectations for years to come. We are always a phone call away.
CONVENIENCE
Prime Design Cabinetry takes care of every step of the job from design to meeting with your other contractors. Your cabinetry project is both built and spray-finished entirely at our workshop before delivery, not at your home. When your cabinets are delivered and installed by us, there is no messy finishing process to deal with afterward. You simply get to enjoy your new cabinets without worrying about anything else.
CRAFTSMEN – NOT SALESMEN
Prime Design Cabinetry consists of a small group of skilled cabinetmakers and craftsmen with a passion for woodworking. We aren’t driven to increase our margins – we’re driven to deliver uncompromising quality in your cabinetry. With little overhead, your dollars go directly into the quality of the cabinetry.

Our Detailed Process
CONSULTATION
- Contact us for a free consultation to discuss your needs, design ideas, style, and timeline. (whether it is for design services only or for design and installation).
- Schedule an in-home visit or make an appointment to visit our workshop to see and feel the quality of the cabinetry you will receive.
- Estimate and timeline generated
CONSTRUCTION
- Down payment holds your place in our schedule (during this phase, we will be more precise with your schedule and ours). Contracts generated for multi-room or expansive projects.
- Final measurements are taken on location.
- Appliance specs analyzed, meetings with any additional contractors (plumbers, electricians)
- 2-D elevations and 3-D rendering finalized (can be completed before commitment for a refundable fee when moving forward).
- All work is completed in our shop; no messy finishing in your home.
- We are known for constant communication throughout the process. Also, to ensure everything fits perfectly in the end, we are happy to be asked to meet with your other contractors.
INSTALLATION & CELEBRATION
- Installation date finalized; installation is often completed in one day (varies by project scope).
- Final payment due upon day of completion unless taken care of prior.
- Our services are not complete until you are satisfied.
- We do the final trim work, install knobs/pulls, clean up, and leave the most anticipated celebrations to you!

Your custom cabinetry will include:
-Our signature custom commercial finish (completed before delivery and installation, not inside your home).
-Beechwood hardwood face frame and door/drawer construction (no “poplar hardwood” will be used).
-Soft-close concealed hinges for doors and under-mount full-extension drawer slides.
-The craftsmen who design and build your cabinetry also install your cabinetry. They put their heart into your work.
Because it is hand-crafted in the Dallas workshop, piece by piece, you will receive the finest and exceptionally flawless cabinetry that is built to last. You will immediately see and feel the difference.

Understanding elements of design and schematics, our team of highly-skilled craftsmen holds your project to the highest standards.
-You will receive a 2-D and 3-D design so you can envision your project in your space.
-Communication will be essential every step of the way (design, build, delivery, installation).
-For kitchen remodels, we will collaborate with your plumbers, appliance installers, and/or electricians should they need referencing for drains, power, etc.
-Appliance specs are examined to ensure cabinetry openings are sized correctly to accommodate appliances.
